Teeth whitening and the competition is only open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over.
Closing date for entry will be specified on the competition post.
By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Fitzwilliam Street Dental Care is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
The prizes are as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable.
If the prize is deemed to be not suitable for the winner, and not in their interest, then Fitzwilliam Street Dental Care can refuse the prize and an alternative of £50 credit towards any treatment at Fitzwilliam Street Dental Care will be offered.
As part of the prize, winners will have to have a full assessment at Fitzwilliam Street Dental Care to check suitability of the prize, and all appointments for this and the prize must be made at Fitzwilliam Street Dental Care.
The prize for winning the competition will be our Boutique Tooth Whitening Treatment worth £250 including a dental health check worth £55 (including 2x routine xrays if clinically required worth £30) and scale and polish worth £60. Full free prize treatment totalling £365.
The prize is subject to a dental health check with a dentist. This is essential – your teeth are required to be healthy, free of decay and your gums also need to be healthy. You cannot whiten unhealthy teeth with unhealthy gums. If your teeth or gums are not healthy, we require you to resolve this within 6 months of winning the competition. You may attend either Fitzwilliam Street Dental Care or a see a dentist or hygienist at another dental practice to resolve any outstanding issues prior to your Boutique Whitening treatment if this is the case.  Tooth whitening will only whiten natural teeth, if you have any restorations in your smile line, please consult the dentist before starting the treatment. Whitening will not work on any crowns, veneers or composites.
If you are unable to attend the practice for the minimum of three occasions to receive the prize, then the entry is not valid and another winner will be chosen. Entry is limited to one comment per person on the post. No purchase is necessary. Only entries that follow the stated entry process will be considered, the promoter accepts no responsibility for incomplete or corrupted entries or entries that fail to reach us.
Winner will be chosen at random from all correct entries received.
The winner will be notified by email and/or DM on Instagram/Facebook within 14 days of the closing date. If the winners cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
Fitzwilliam Street Dental Care’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Fitzwilliam Street Dental Care will judge the competition and decide on the winner who will be picked at random.

Fitzwilliam Street Dental Care shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting.
Fitzwilliam Street Dental Care also reserves the right to cancel the competition if circumstances arise outside of its control.
Automated or bulk entries from third parties will be disqualified.
You consent to your first name, photograph and social media handles about you being disclosed on Fitzwilliam Street Dental Care’s digital channels or other media if you win any prizes under the competition.
Fitzwilliam Street Dental Care’s reserve the right to use the name, image, photograph, and likeness of the winners for publicity and in advertising, marketing or promotional material without additional compensation or prior notice to the winners – you may choose the images. In entering the competition, all participants consent to such use of their name, image, photograph, and likeness.
