We are family-run and independent, not part of a dental group, so there is no group overhead priced into your treatment.
Fees last reviewed 25 August 2026. Comparison figures are typical UK private fees taken from published fee guides. They are not a quote from any named practice. Terms and conditions apply, including satisfactory credit checks.
Recreations based on Invisalign reference imagery, not photographs of our own patients. The before side keeps the original tooth positions, while the after smiles are shown straighter and brighter.
Thirty minutes at the practice, and no obligation to go ahead with anything.

Aligners need wearing for most of the day and night, taken out for meals and drinks other than water. Worn less than prescribed, treatment stalls or takes longer. This is the single biggest factor and it is entirely yours.
Teeth drift back toward their old positions without something holding them. Retainers, worn as instructed and replaced when they wear out, are part of the treatment rather than an optional extra afterwards.
Some bites and some kinds of movement are better handled another way. Gum disease or decay must be treated before any teeth are moved. If aligners are not right for you, you will be told so rather than sold them anyway.
Thirty minutes at the practice, a look at your teeth, and a straight answer about whether aligners can do what you want. A £25 deposit secures the appointment, refunded when you attend.
A handheld camera instead of impression trays. Nothing sets in your mouth, and a three-dimensional model of your teeth appears on the screen in front of you.

Really helped me get on track with my dental journey and had great results from my Invisalign. They’re also treating my daughter and identified a problem with her teeth which the previous dentists missed. Would highly recommend.
I was forced to visit Fitzwilliam St Dental Care due to being unable to find an NHS dentist, but I'm so thankful that I did. I'm a nervous patient and Dr Amir has by far been the best dentist I've ever had, he's so patient, explains everything thoroughly & gives me a moment if I'm a little overwhelmed by everything 😂 I've recently started Invisalign treatment here as well, as I was that impressed by the general dental care & fillings I'd received, and couldn't be happier 😊
Response from Fitzwilliam Dental

Very welcoming, very knowledgeable dentist. Makes you feel comfortable and talks you through every possible process for what your having done. I’m currently awaiting a Invisalign treatment and I was recommended this dentist and they’ve been incredible so far!

What aligners can move, whether yours are a case for them, and what wearing them is actually like.
Aligners can move:
Mild to moderate problems are what aligners handle well. What matters is how far your teeth have to move, not which category the problem falls into.
More complicated movement is sometimes better done another way. No web page can answer this for your case; it takes an assessment. If the answer is no, you will be told plainly rather than sold something close enough.
For some bites, yes. Brackets and a wire have been used far longer and are more predictable where the movement needed is complicated.
We provide clear aligners here. If your bite would be better handled another way you will be told, and referred if a referral is what is needed.
Not sharp, so the sore mouth people associate with metal brackets is not the problem. What you feel is pressure, strongest for a day or two after each new aligner. That is the teeth moving.
Teeth can also feel slightly loose during treatment. That is normal for a tooth being moved through bone, and it settles. Tell us if it worries you or does not settle.
Less often than with a fixed brace. There is no wire to tighten, so no adjustment appointments.
You do still come in for reviews. A review shows whether the teeth are tracking where the plan said. A tooth that is not keeping up is easier to deal with early.
Because the part that matters is under the gum. What holds a tooth in place is its root and the bone around it.
X-rays show the bone level and the shape and length of the roots being asked to move. A scan of your teeth is taken at the same appointment, and it replaces impression trays.
You do not have to commit to treatment to come in. Book the consultation, ask everything, and leave with a plan and the cost in writing.
