How to register
Ring the practice, or send an enquiry and reception will call you back. They will take some basic details, find you an appointment and tell you anything you need to know beforehand.
Your medical history is taken at the practice rather than online. It covers medicines you take, conditions you have and allergies, all of which affect what treatment is safe, so it is gone through properly rather than typed into a web form.
If you are moving from another practice, you do not need to have left them first, and you do not need to explain why you are moving.
