Who can join the practice?
We welcome new patients from all over the UK for both NHS and independent dental treatment. You don’t need to be living locally to join our practice.
Can I be NHS or Private Patient?
Yes. As we are a dentist seeing NHS patients but remain an independent dental practice, you can have both NHS treatments as well as private treatments. The reception team will be able to guide you if we have capacity to see you on the NHS or will discuss alternative suitable options.
Can I Get An Appointment Outside Office Hours?
Yes you can. Our latest appointment is usually 5pm during the week. These are always in high demand so please do let the reception team know if late appointments are required.
Can I Bring My Children?
Of course! We love having families visit us and we take great care to make sure your child feels happy and relaxed, as we hope you will too.
Can I Meet My Dentist Before Treatment?
Of course! we always want to get to know our patients so we can build a strong relationship with them. During your first appointment, you will meet your dentist and talk through any worries or concerns you might have before undergoing any treatment.
What will happen during my first visit?
After discussing any initial concerns you may have, the dentist will carry out an examination. We will then have a discussion about your oral health and any issues that may be present. A treatment plan will be drawn up as necessary and you will be able to book your next appointment.
