A smile assessment in about a minute, then the right appointment
- Answer a few questions about what you would like to change
- Say how you feel about dentists, which changes how the appointment is run
- Get put with the right person, for the right length of time
- Nothing clinical, and nothing that commits you to anything
No photographs, and nothing here is an opinion about your teeth. The clinical part happens in person.
A few questions, then the right appointment
Nothing here is clinical, and none of it commits you to anything. Reception uses your answers to put you with the right person for the right length of time.
This is a guide to the right first appointment, not a diagnosis. Your dentist will talk through what is right for you once they have had a look.
Would rather just talk to someone? Call 01709 872292 or send an enquiry.
Would rather not answer questions?
Reception can book you in without any of this, and often faster. Ring during opening hours and describe it in a sentence.
Why we do not ask for photographs
Looking at a photograph is not an examination, and an opinion given from one would be guesswork dressed up as advice. Whether something is possible for your teeth depends on your gums, your bite and the state of the teeth themselves.
A photograph of your mouth is also health data about you, and we would rather not collect it through a website form at all.
So these questions are about what you want and what would make an appointment easier, which is genuinely useful to reception, and the clinical part happens in person.
Other ways to get started
All of them reach the same reception team. Pick whichever you would rather do.
